Shaktivel (Bharath) and Anjali (Tamannah) board the Pandian Express from Chennai to Theni (near Madurai) where Anjali's family stays.
But unexpected events force both of them to get down at Virudhachalam station. Sounds familiar, right? Well, it should as the story is a remake of the Hindi hit movie Jab We Met.
Here Shaktivel and Anjali are the protagonists of the Tamil remake Kanden Kathalai.
Those who have seen the original journey of Aditya and Geet (Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor) in Jab We Met knows what an eventful journey it turned out to be for these two.
