He will be present in person at the Abu Dhabi race to cheer our teams and states ''Its going to be an exciting experience as it very different being at the circuit with the cars zooming and finishing continuous laps than seeing the race on TV. But the biggest thrill for me will be cheering for the Force India team & it is quite a privilege to be invited by the officials for the same. Amitabh Bachchan turns Stylist!
Amitabh Bachchan has always been a trend-setter, but this time he goes a step further by adding a personal touch to his character.
While planning a shoot for a special number for his forthcoming film ALADIN, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, Mr. Bachchan suggested doing his own styling for the song's picturisation.
Apparently Mr. Bachchan was extremely excited about the groovy track picturised on himself and Riteish Deshmukh and while planning the shoot for the peppy number, expressed his desire to contribute to the song in his very own way: by choosing his own outfit for it!
Of course, the director willingly agreed and Mr. Bachchan went on to chose a deep red velvet jacket which added that extra touch of grandeur to his already larger-than-life persona in the film.
Now that's what we call flaunting your style with panache!
About ALADIN
Produced by Eros International and Boundscript, ALADIN is a contemporary look at the classic fairy tale. Packed with fun, music, masti, action and adventure ALADIN boasts of a visual scale never seen before on Indian screen and arrives in theatres on 24th July.
The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Riteish Deshmukh and introduces Jacqueline Fernandez.

The team of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd's : BLUE
Our Bollywood stars once again share space with Hollywood actors. Well no, this time we aren't talking of screen space as yet.
The team of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd's forthcoming action thriller BLUE, Directed by Anthony D'souza, shot for their underwater sequence which included dangerous stunts with the sharks in the diving center of Stuartcove at Bahamas. And apparently post their shoots, Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Kumar and Zayed Khan who star in the movie have been included among the their own hall of frame board.
The particular place also happens to be one of the biggest and most famous underwater shark dive in the world. The actors' photos have been put up among the prestigious guests who had come down to the place.
And interestingly the trio also happen to be the first Indians to be included in it along with top Hollywood actors like Pierce Brosnan, Daniel Craig, Sean Connery, Tiger Woods, Johnny Depp as the movie PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN had been shot there too.

It's ALADIN, not ALLADIN or ALADDIN
There is not a single soul out there who hasn't heard of the Arab folktale of Aladdin and the magic lamp. And while the character is indeed known as 'Aladdin' worldwide, Sujoy Ghosh's take on it is a little different. He is calling his central protagonist as 'Aladin' (with one 'd' less) and this is something that reflects in the title of his namesake film as well.
Says a source close to Sujoy, ''Earlier there were different titles for the film which were making the rounds. They went like ALLADIN and even ALADIN AND THE MYSTERY OF THE LAMP. However, now it is plain and simple ALADIN.''
Sujoy Ghosh too confirms, ''Yes, now it is ALADIN for sure. Period.''
Hopefully this should put a full stop to all speculations and misgivings about the title of this multi-crore film which is all set to arrive late summer provided producers v/s multiplexes stand off is resolved soon. The film has been in news for long since it has taken a four year long journey ever since first steps were taken for the pre-production of the film. Ever since then a fortune has been spent on this film which has required a year being spent on scripting, a year and a half into pre-production, 149 days of shoot and then a year on post-production.
Starring Amitabh Bachchan as Genius - The Genie, Ritiesh Deshmukh as Aladin and Sanjay Dutt as a cool villain, ALADIN also marks the debut of Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandes who is paired opposite Ritiesh. With music by Vishal and Shekhar, ALADIN is produced by Eros International in association with Sujoy Ghosh's production company Boundscript.

Mukta Arts & Times music inks a deal for PAYING GUESTS
Subhash Ghai in response said, ''We are dealing with Times Music for the first time with full faith and confidence and both of us are planning a unique strategy for marketing the music of the film by sending a right dose of paid TV promos just before the release of the film. Producers usually go overboard spending so much money in competition on paid TV promos without realizing the old known truth that only products work- aggressive marketing can irritate the audience- showing too much of visuals on TV diminishes the charm of the song on the big screen. I am fully confident of the film PAYING GUEST to be a big block buster as well as its music by Sajid Wajid''.
PAYING GUEST stars Shreyas Talpade, Aashish Choudhary, Jaaved Jafferi and Vatsal Sheth , Celina Jaitly, Neha Dhupia, Riya Sen, Sayali Bhagat, Chunky Pandey, Asrani and Paintal. The music has been scored by Sajid Wajid. This laugh riot is written & directed by Paritosh Painter, with cinematographer P Selva Kumar.
PAYING GUEST is being produced by Mukta Arts Entertainment.

Salman passes his 'Prem' to Arbaaz!
Remember Salman Khan's Prem connection? Right from MAINE PYAR KIYA to HUM SAATH SAATH HAIN Sooraj Barjatya had lovingly called Salman's character as Prem in all his films. Salman considers the name Prem to be lucky for him because it was after the stupendous success of MAINE PYAR KIYA that Salman did not have to look back even once.
Sallu now wants some of the Prem luck to rub off on his chhotabhai Arbaaz.
A unit source of upcoming film PREM KA GAME where Arbaaz plays the lead said, ''Earlier Arbaaz's character was called by a different name. But Salman suggested that he should call his character Prem. Not only this, Salman had even advised Arbaaz to change the movie name from SHAADI KE EFFECTS to PREM KA GAME.
Producer Ashok Kheni says ''I always felt that Arbaaz also had that romantic comedy potential which brother Salman had always excelled in so we decided to offer him the title role of PREM KA GAME and since Salman plays the narrator giving warning signals throughout the narrative to the straying husband played by Arbaaz perhaps it inspired him further to come out with a winning performance in this PREM KA GAME''
Perhaps Kheni is right who better to give tips on 'Prem' than India's most eligible bachelor since two decades!

Deepika in 'Arundati' remake?
Telugu cinema history's biggest super hit ARUNDHATI is all set to be made into Hindi now by its original makers. Recently news was out that the makers had approached RAB NE BANA DI JODI actress Anushka Sharma but the deal couldn't get through since she was still abided by her mentors Yash Raj three film contract deal. Now the makers, it is learnt have approached Deepika Padukone for the same role.
Sources reveal, 'After Anushka Sharma another name being considered was the name of the original heroine from the Telugu blockbuster hit whose name is also coincidently Anushka. But then considering the fact that she is still an unknown face in Bollywood they decided to opt for a more popular young actress in Bollywood who doesn't have a set image and the OM SHANTI OM girl's name cropped up. The discussions are on but nothing has been finalized as of yet though.
But as per the little birdie within the industry, 'With Sonu Sood more or less finalized in the most powerful male character's role in the film it seems less likely that Deepika would agree to be a part of the film. Considering the fact that he is still not a Bollywood A list star, Deepika might have her apprehensions in working in such a project.
While the makers chose to remain adamant on their choice of Sonu Sood (he also played the main villain in the Telugu original) it won't be easy for them to find a big heroine for their ambitious project.
We just hope better sense prevails for Deepika and she agrees to do the film. The project appears far better than her 'CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA'.
